So, now what?

One of the benefits of being a member of Collective is being able to make your own studio reservations. Once you’ve bought your tokens or monthly membership, your email will be added to access our calendar.
Collective uses Google Calendars for all reservations. You can view it from your phone or computer. Be sure to CLICK on the Collective calendar to view its availability.
When you’re ready to reserve studio time, simply click on the date you want to reserve, click the +, and click “event”. For the title, you’ll add your business name (or personal name if you don’t own a business).
Reserving studio time
The most important step
This step is extremely important! Below the title it displays which calendar you want to save the event to. You MUST save it to the Collective calendar! If you do not, your time will not be reserved and can be taken by someone else.
When creating personal calendar events that do not require studio reservation, be sure to change this back to your personal calendar.
Keeping track of your hours
Monthly renters are limited with how many hours are included with their membership. Likewise, token owners have a limited amount of available hours. To help you keep track of how many hours you’ve used and how many you have left, scroll down to “Add description” and add what hour(s) your reserved time is. For the example in the photo, the renter is using their 2nd hour out of 10 hours. So they have 8 hours left.
And that’s it!
Click the “Save” button and your reservation is now added to the studio’s calendar.
To enter the studio, you’ll be given the lock code to access the key. From here on out you’ll be able to open and close on our your own.
